Polaris is continuing its growth in the United States maritime sector after exhibiting with clients at the CMA conference in Connecticut.
Polaris MD Ben Pinnington exhibited his new Amazon best selling book Making Waves at the event joining clients from the U.K. and US including the Isle of Man Ship Registry, Ohio manufacturer Advanced Polymer Coatings and Rhode Island tech start up Attender. He said on LinkedIN:
“The cultural richness of maritime was out in force last week at #cmashipping in Stamford Connecticut.
Thank you to all who took time to come to the Polaris stand.
It was brilliant to hear from Christopher Aversano and speakers at the gala dinner talk about the need for maritime to promote itself.
Maritime has a terrific story of innovation, global trade, entrepreneurship and jaw dropping history to tell.
By promoting our industry with passion we can inspire the public and attract the best minds to help maritime conquer the decarbonisation mountain and fuel its future talent.
Full marks to Cameron Mitchell Toby Brooks for rocking out the Isle of Man ?? tartan waistcoats at the Gala dinner!!
Thank you to Isle of Man Ship Registry and Idwal for hosting the table and Christophe Cahen and Informa Maritime Events for organising event so well.
Brilliant to catch up with American clients Advanced Polymer Coatings, Inc. Matthew Sokol and Onur Yildirim and David Dolan at Attender – exciting times ahead!!
My book Making Waves is available in print, kindle and audio book on Amazon and is published by Rethink Press. “
